
Yorvale is the home of York’s only dairy ice cream manufacturer. We use traditional methods and the finest ingredients to produce rich and creamy dairy ice cream from our family farm in the vale of York.
Our herd of dairy cows graze on lush Yorkshire grass and because they only ever produce milk for Yorvale, they only need to be milked once a day. The result is stress free cows that produce really creamy milk. We combine the milk with double cream from a nearby market town and use only natural flavourings and colourings to create ice cream that tastes divine. |

We produce an extensive range of dairy ice cream and real fruit sorbets in a variety of tub sizes to suit the needs of our many customers and have been rewarded for our stringent food safety and quality control systems with a grade A for BRC accreditation against issue 4 of the standard.
